JRPLA HIGH SCHOOL

Preparing Scholars for College, Careers, and Life

About

JRPLA HIGH School

James & Rosemary Phalen Leadership Academy (JRPLA) is proud to be part of the Phalen Leadership Academies network, a national family of schools founded by Earl Martin Phalen to provide every child with a high-quality, life-changing education. At JRPLA High School, we continue that mission by helping scholars graduate with real-world skills, college credits, and confidence for their future.

Our high school is a place where academic excellence meets opportunity. Scholars benefit from career pathways, small classes, caring teachers, and individualized learning plans that ensure they are challenged, supported, and prepared for success beyond graduation. Whether they plan to attend college, pursue a trade, or begin a career, JRPLA provides the tools and experiences to help every scholar thrive.
